The Role:

As a sales agent, you will lead our sales efforts, bringing our cutting-edge suite of products to both small businesses and mid-market enterprises across North America. Your role is critical in shaping the future of our company in the region, driving growth, and ensuring our solutions meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively target SMBs and mid-market enterprises, achieving sales targets through strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Work with potential customers to understand their needs, and present tailored solutions with conviction, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Align offerings with specific market needs and customer requirements, providing feedback to guide product development and adaptation.
  • Demonstrate Self-Sufficiency: Demonstrate self-sufficiency in lead generation and sales execution, with a keen ability to strategize and adapt to the dynamic needs of different geographies and market segments.
  • Embody and Promote the Company’s Values: Personify the company values, especially around customer focus, humility, and teamwork, contributing to a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Be Commercially Savvy: Able to digest business rate cards and provide appropriate commercial packages for prospects, ensuring competitive yet profitable sales propositions.
