Role Summary:

The Growth Marketing Specialist will be at the forefront of our audience development initiatives, employing both traditional and innovative marketing strategies to expand our user base. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between marketing and product development, ensuring our products not only meet the market demand but also play a crucial role in attracting and retaining our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Audience Development Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive strategies to build and engage our audience, leveraging analytics to refine and scale our efforts effectively.
  • Collaborative Product Innovation: Work intimately with product teams to integrate marketing insights into product development, ensuring our offerings resonate with and attract our target markets.
  • Product Marketing & Positioning: Effectively position our products to enable the highest yield on the adoption curve
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and product features, focusing on maximizing audience growth and engagement.
  • Automate and focus: Understand and utilize automation to buy time to put manual effort where it is required
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for audience expansion.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Lead the design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning product positioning with audience interests to foster engagement and conversion.
  • Growth Experimentation: Champion a culture of experimentation, identifying and testing new channels and techniques for audience development and product-market fit.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders about marketing strategies, product development updates, and performance metrics.
