SumoSalad

SumoSalad is Australia’s largest and most awarded healthy fast food franchise serving gourmet salads and more using only the freshest ingredients sourced daily.

SumoSalad moved to Mobi2Go for its order-ahead service as it had outgrown its existing partner. Mobi2Go allowed them to continue the order-ahead service but in a more cost-effective, stable and efficient way. SumoSalad’s goal was to provide its customers with a seamless order-ahead service that easily interacted with its loyalty program.

As a result of the switch to Mobi2Go, SumoSalad has seen solid month on month growth in its order-ahead revenues.

Objectives

SumoSalad approached Mobi2Go with four key objectives:

  1. Availability on Web and App
  2. Flexibility by Location - It was important to allow each store to be able to present any unique offerings it had.
  3. Stability - SumoSalad required a very stable solution that was fully managed and maintained by experts.
  4. Integrations – The online platform needed to integrate with the POS and loyalty systems.

Mobi2Go ticked all these boxes but the key feature that stood out with Mobi2Go was the people. From sales to on-boarding and account management to support, every member of the team wants the best for our business.

Results:

Since moving to Mobi2Go, online sales for SumoSalad have had an average growth of 62% month on month over the last 6 months.

One of the challenges SumoSalad thought they could be faced with was the online menu build. The menu is quite complex and detailed which had the potential to pose onboarding challenges. The partnership between Mobi2Go and SumoSalad ensured a smooth transition and as a result, the success drove a very efficient and succinct process allowing for the design and vision to be easily met with every salad item catered for.

We love working with Mobi2Go. It’s simply an excellent product that’s quick to implement and it’s delivered and supported by a team of “real experts”. We needed to develop a new order-ahead service and replicate the digitally delivery of our existing loyalty program quickly and efficiently without causing issues for our customers and Mobi2Go allowed us to do that extremely easily.
