Mad Mex, a fresh and healthy alternative to Mexican food gives its customers the right kind of fuel to get the most out of life.

With 50 restaurants Australia wide, Mad Mex was looking to build their customer loyalty through online traffic. As an early adopter of digital loyalty, they’ve unlocked the real customer loyalty experience making it seamless from the online store to the storefront and helping the lives of customers on the run.

We wanted to give our customers the ability to order ahead, as well as ensuring it was integrated with our loyalty system.

As a result of partnering with Mobi2Go we have been able to ensure that the customer has an amazing experience whether it be in a restaurant with our people or online, serving the needs of customers on the go.

Background

Mad Mex had its own app prior to moving to Mobi2Go however when they wanted to add online ordering to its functionality, it made sense to move to an app that could integrate both loyalty and ordering all under one banner.

Mobi2Go’s efficient and supportive onboarding experience allowed us to roll out to all our restaurants in one hit. This was something we saw as a huge achievement given our mix with Corporate and Franchise restaurants. The as-one rollout meant all Mad Mex stores were part of this exciting development together.
